These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EMRUPHI website and the purchase of any products from us. EMRUPHI is a brand of EMRUPHI LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), GSTIN 24AAMFE2975L1ZZ, with its principal place of business at Block C-202, Diamond World, Mini Bazar, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About us

EMRUPHI LLP operates EMRUPHI, an online store for lab-grown diamonds and fine jewellery based in Surat, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to EMRUPHI LLP, and "you" refers to the customer or website visitor.

2. Products & descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including carat weight, metal, purity and certification details. Photographs are intended to represent each piece faithfully, but slight variations in colour, finish and stone characteristics are natural in handcrafted jewellery and lab-grown diamonds.

Where a diamond is certified, the applicable certification (such as IGI) is noted on the product page. Certificates accompany the relevant pieces at the time of delivery.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a different currency is selected, and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices for jewellery are influenced by prevailing metal rates and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed against a clear error, with a full refund of any amount already paid.

4. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. Your order is accepted once payment is successfully confirmed. Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent. Where we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines and insurance are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Eligibility for returns and exchanges, and how refunds are processed, are described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Both form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Personalised & custom orders

Personalised, engraved, resized and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. As such, they cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are not eligible for return or exchange except where they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the EMRUPHI name, logo, product images, designs and text — is the property of EMRUPHI LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or your use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Your continued use of the website following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
