By accessing and using the EMRUPHI website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. EMRUPHI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and those who access or use our services.

2. Inquiry & Consultation Services

All product inquiries and consultation requests submitted through our website are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement to purchase. Pricing, availability, and specifications provided during consultations are subject to change and are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Bespoke and custom jewelry orders are subject to a separate agreement that will be provided upon consultation. Design timelines vary based on complexity and will be communicated during the design process. A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate bespoke work. All custom designs remain the intellectual property of EMRUPHI unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom and bespoke pieces are non-returnable once production has commenced.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing for all EMRUPHI pieces is provided upon inquiry and is subject to change based on current market conditions for materials and gemstones. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual purchase agreement. EMRUPHI accepts major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as discussed during the consultation process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

EMRUPHI offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, fully insured from our atelier to your door. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for collection pieces and 10-14 business days for bespoke creations. Express shipping options are available upon request. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. EMRUPHI is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Standard collection pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates, and documentation intact. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@emruphi.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

EMRUPHI is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the data necessary to process your inquiries, orders, and provide our services. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, text, logos, and branding on the EMRUPHI website are the exclusive property of EMRUPHI and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any material from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from EMRUPHI. This includes but is not limited to product photographs, design sketches, and marketing materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

EMRUPHI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information presented on our website, including product descriptions and images, minor variations may exist. Gemstone and jewelry photographs may appear slightly different from the actual product due to variations in screen display settings.
