Shipping & Delivery

We want your EMRUPHI piece to reach you safely. Here is how we process, ship and insure your order. For returns, exchanges and refunds, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are crafted on request and may take longer — the expected timeline is noted on the product page.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it is dispatched.

Shipping within India

All domestic orders are shipped fully insured and trackable. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

A tracking link is shared by email once your order leaves our facility.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via insured, trackable courier services. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or incorrect on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us at contact@emruphi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
