We want your EMRUPHI piece to reach you safely and to feel completely right when it does. Here is how we handle delivery, returns and refunds.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are crafted on request and may take longer — the expected timeline is noted on the product page.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it is dispatched.
Shipping within India
All domestic orders are shipped fully insured and trackable. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
A tracking link is shared by email once your order leaves our facility.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via insured, trackable courier services. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging along with the certificate and any accessories. Engraved, resized and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us at contact@emruphi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
