A clear, fair returns and refund policy
Last updated: June 2026. How we handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
We want you to love your EMRUPHI piece. If something isn't quite right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work. Please read this policy carefully — every return must fall within these terms to be accepted.
Returns & exchanges window
You may request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of delivery. Please contact us first at contact@emruphi.com or +91 93283 24958 (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST) before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process.
Items must be unworn and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with the certificate and any accessories.
Before you send anything back
Send us clear, real photographs of the product and repack the piece in its original box. Please confirm with us and wait for our acknowledgement before dispatching the parcel.
Any item returned without prior confirmation, or that falls outside this policy, may not be accepted.
What cannot be returned
Personalised and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically for you. This includes engraved and resized pieces.
Items damaged after delivery are also not eligible for return.
Cancelling an order
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@emruphi.com or +91 93283 24958. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, please follow the returns process above instead.
Personalised, engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are crafted specifically for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item — or once an eligible cancellation is confirmed — your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Damaged or incorrect on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us at contact@emruphi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — this is separate from a change-of-mind return.
