Yes. Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects, with complimentary cleaning and resizing for life. If you notice an issue with craftsmanship, contact us and we'll inspect and resolve it.

How long will my order take?

Most pieces are made to order. Your estimated delivery date is shown on every product page and in your order confirmation. Bespoke commissions take a little longer — we'll keep you updated at each stage.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Reach out as soon as possible. If your piece hasn't entered production we can usually amend or cancel it. Once crafting begins, changes may not be possible. Submit a request from your order page and our team will review it.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is they're grown in controlled conditions rather than extracted from the earth, making them conflict-free and more sustainable.

Yes. Our diamonds are independently graded and certified by IGI. Every certified piece is accompanied by its grading report detailing carat, cut, colour and clarity.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, within the return window on our Shipping & Returns page. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging with the certificate. Engraved and custom-made pieces cannot be returned. Start a return or replacement request from your order page.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in the same currency you were charged. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
